We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Let us know within 7 days of you receiving your jewellery.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are considered final sale.


Returns Approval Process:

1. Send us an email with your issue: support@venustrinemars.com

2. Once your return has been approved, please pack the items neatly back into the box.

Please note, the item needs to be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

3. Ship the jewellery back to us using a tracked shipping service. Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item the refund will be approved and processed within 3-5 business days.
