Returns/Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund if you're an Australian customer. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If you're an international customer (not located in Australia) we will provide an exchange or store credit if you change your mind.
Let us know within 7 days of you receiving your jewellery.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Be unworn
- Have no signs of damage or wear
- Must be in the original packaging
Should the item not meet these conditions, Venus Trine Mars has the right to deny an exchange/refund.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are considered final sale.
Returns Approval Process:
1. Send us an email with your issue: support@venustrinemars.com
Please provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number
2. Once your return has been approved, pack the items neatly back into the box.
Please note, the item needs to be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
3. Ship the jewellery back to us using a tracked shipping service. Returns must include tracked shipping, untracked items are not accepted.
Please note return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return shipping labels.
We recommend that you keep proof of postage and the tracking number. Venus Trine Mars does not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item the credit note/exchange/refund will be approved and processed within 3-5 business days.
Venus Trine Mars reserves the right to assess, determine and verify a claimed fault with a product prior to processing an exchange, replacement or refund.
For orders over $300 AUD we may request photo verification of receipt/unboxing before approving returns to prevent online fraud.
